Majaland Kownaty is easily accessible for wheelchair users as it has been equipped with several special facilities for them.

You can use your own wheelchair during your visit or reserve a wheelchair online. It is recommended to reserve your wheelchair in advance via this link. The number of wheelchairs available is limited. When reserving a wheelchair, you pay 20 zł as a deposit. This deposit will be returned to you when you return the wheelchair in good condition to the Reception.

Parking

There are designated parking spaces for disabled cars in our car park. Please note that there is a charge for all parking spaces within Majaland. 

Tickets

We offer tickets at a special price for people with disabilities. Please note however that in some cases, our staff may ask you to present a disability certificate at the entrance.

A wheelchair user or blind person's carer may receive a free ticket. Please remember to collect your wristband at the ticket office so that you can enter the attractions through a special entrance and avoid queues.
